Survivorship Clause (is a provision in a will that specifies a beneficiary must survive the testator by 120 days to inherit property or assets from the testator)

To ensure the orderly administration of my estate, I hereby stipulate that any beneficiary under this will must survive me by One Twenty (120) days to inherit their designated share. Should any beneficiary fail to meet this survivorship requirement, their portion of the estate shall be redistributed as if they had predeceased me, with the share being equally divided among the remaining qualifying beneficiaries or handled as specified in other relevant clauses of this will.
