No contest clause (is a legal provision that aims to discourage beneficiaries from contesting the validity of the will or challenging its terms. Essentially, it stipulates that if a beneficiary challenges the will and fails, they will forfeit their inheritance or receive a reduced share as specified in the clause.)

If any beneficiary under this will directly or indirectly contests or initiates any legal proceedings to challenge the validity of this will or any provision herein, then, in that event, such beneficiary shall forfeit their right to any bequest or interest they would have otherwise received under this will and such bequest or interest shall be distributed as though such beneficiary had predeceased me.
