7. Appointment of Guardians for Minor Child and Their Assets
In the event of the passing of both myself and my wife, and any of our child(ren) still being a minor, we hereby appoint the following individuals as guardians for both the person and assets of our minor child(ren):

These appointments are made to ensure the continuous care and welfare of our minor child(ren), as well as the management and protection of their assets. The appointed guardians are granted full authority to make decisions regarding the health, education, and general welfare of the child(ren), alongside the responsibility to manage any financial assets, properties, or other holdings intended for the child(ren)’s benefit.
