Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the professional services provided by India For NRI (operated by Incross Fintech LLP) via www.indiafornri.com, including tax solutions, legal assistance, property management, banking services, and inheritance planning for Non-Resident Indians. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Engagement
- Service engagement is subject to client needs, firm capacity, and applicable regulatory compliance.
- We reserve the right to decline services where necessary, with explanations provided when feasible.
- Legal, financial, or property advice is based on laws and regulations applicable at the time of engagement and may change thereafter.
- Each engagement is assigned to a named qualified professional — ICAI Chartered Accountant, Bar Council advocate, or US CPA — as communicated in your engagement letter.
Pricing & Payments
- Service fees may be quoted in multiple currencies (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, AED) as per written agreement.
- Payments can be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, wire transfer, and major credit/debit cards through PCI-DSS certified gateways.
- The client is responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For engagements above ₹5 lakh, milestone-based payment schedules are available upon request.
Delivery of Services
- Digital deliverables — tax filings, legal documents, property reports — are shared via secure online channels.
- Timelines for service completion are communicated at engagement and recorded in your service agreement or quote.
- Delays caused by incomplete client documentation, third-party authorities, or force majeure may extend agreed timelines without liability on our part.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service execution.
- Delays or additional costs arising from incomplete, incorrect, or late client data are not the responsibility of India For NRI.
- Clients must review deliverables promptly and raise concerns within the timeframe specified in the engagement letter.
Liability Limitation
- India For NRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advisory services.
- Total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the particular service giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. For grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at info@indiafornri.com — we aim to respond within 48 hours.
