I, ____, being the Karta and a coparcener of the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) known as ____ (HUF), hereby declare that upon my demise, I bequeath all my rights, title, interest, and share in the said HUF to myabsolutely and entirely. This bequest shall include my entire share in all movable and immovable properties, assets, and any other interest or entitlement that I hold as a coparcener or otherwise in the ____ (HUF). My intention is that myshall succeed to my entire share in the said HUF as a beneficiary and shall be entitled to all rights, privileges, and benefits accruing therefrom, without any hindrance, dispute, or interruption from any other member of the HUF or any other person or entity whatsoever
