Appointment and Role of Successor Trustees

This Deed of Trust Deed is executed on the ____, at ____ , by ____, residing at ____, hereinafter referred to as the Settlor(s), in the presence of the witnesses mentioned below.

Definitions
  • Trust: The entity created under this deed for managing assets for the benefit of the Beneficiaries.
  • Settlor: ____, the person(s) establishing the Trust.
  • Trustees: The individuals appointed to manage the Trust and its assets.
  • Beneficiaries: Persons designated to receive benefits from the Trust.
  • Trust Fund: The assets, including money, properties, and investments, managed by the Trust.

  • Appointment:Successor Trustees shall be appointed by the Settlor, or in the event of the Settlor's incapacity or death, by unanimous agreement of the remaining Trustees.
