In the event that the immovable properties referenced in Clause ‘5A’ are rented out, any rent receivable from such property or properties shall be disbursed to __ __, bearing Aadhar Card Number ____.This disbursement will be made after deducting any applicable taxes incurred on the property(ies).

Distribution of Assets Among Multiple Beneficiaries:

In the event that there are multiple beneficiaries entitled to the distribution of assets under this will, the following provisions shall apply:

  1. The assets shall be divided among the beneficiaries in equal shares, unless otherwise specified in this will.
  2. If a specified asset cannot be divided in kind, such asset shall either be sold, and the proceeds divided equally among the beneficiaries, or distributed to one of the beneficiaries with an equivalent adjustment made in the division of other assets to maintain equality.
  3. Should any beneficiary predecease the distribution, their share shall be distributed to their descendants, per stirpes. If there are no surviving descendants, their share shall be reallocated to the remaining beneficiaries in equal proportions, unless otherwise stated.
  4. The Executor shall have the authority to make decisions regarding the most equitable and practical method of distribution, with the intent to follow the wishes of the Testator as closely as possible.
