A. The expression ‘my Executor’ used throughout this Will includes either the singular and plural, and the masculine or feminine gender as appropriate wherever the fact or context so requires. The term ‘executor’ in this Will is synonymous with and includes the terms ‘personal representative’ and ‘executrix’.
I appoint, (1) I appoint (1) ____, D/o or s/o. ____, d/o or s/o____, r/o ____Aadhar Card No ____, ____by religion, residing at as Primary Executor of this WILL and trustees of my estate, and if she/he is not being there,
(2) I appoint (2) I appoint (1) ____, D/o or s/o. (ii)__________, d/o or s/o____, r/o ____Aadhar Card No ____, ____by religion, as the Secondary Executors of this WILL and trustees of my estate (hereinafter referred to as “Executor and Trustee” individually).
C. No individual acting as an Executor under this ‘Will’ will be required to give any security for the performance of his or her duties notwithstanding the laws of any country or other jurisdiction to the contrary.
